I was introduced to Austin Bluff by a former resident early 2018 and fell in love with the property; got on the wait list for approximately 7 months (it was worth it). This has been my new home since January 2019. I am very HAPPY here and still pinch myself most days. The Staff are Great especially Norma and Barry. The few maintenance concerns that I have experienced were addressed within 24-hours, it’s a quiet community.

I have being staying at Austin Bluff apartments for about eight years, and the time that I have lived here has be very good. I love the staff, Maria and Norma are very good at what they do, any problem that come up, they get on it immediately. They always have a good attitude, they are fun to be around, very nice people. The area is very quiet and peaceful. Austin bluff is a very good place to stay; I would recommend it to anybody who asks me.

Greetings! We wanted to share our brief experience of applying to move in to Austin Bluff Apartments, and our stay thus far. The application process for us was a smooth and gracious one. The property managers who helped us along the way were very quick and clear in communication, went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcome, and were very kind and considerate. Since moving in this past week, we have been very blessed by living in this complex.

My experience is very pleasant so far as I have lived here over 10 years. The office staff is great. The maintenance staff overall is wonderful. Mr. Barry is very nice and helpful at all times. He will stop what's he doing to be some type of help to you. Everyone loves Mr.Barry here. He gets things done on time when you ask or request. He and the other maintenance staff are great workers. Mr.Barry will go above and beyond as it shows he loves his job.
